President and Corporate Owner –
Linda Edstrom
As President, Linda oversees all financial operations of the company. As a newly formed company, she was solely responsible for the accounting, licensing, banking, project correspondence and all other office operations. Her experience includes 35 years in project analysis, accounting for the business, expansion planning, and project management. Linda also recognizes the importance of giving back to the local community. She serves as a member of the Rexburg Civic Club and also serves actively in her church.
VP and Operations Manager –
John Edstrom
John has worked for Edstrom Construction since 1989 and served as a Project Supervisor since 1995. He became the Site Supervisor and Health and Safety Officer in 2006. John is a skilled operator in all types of heavy construction equipment. His supervisory role allows him to work with municipal, state, and federal agencies in completing projects; ranging from building site work to culinary and sewer pipeline systems. John has certification in 40-hour OSHA training, 8-hour OSHA refresher training, Competent Person Trenching and Excavation, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Quality Construction Management Training Course, Confined Space Entry, Emergency First Aid/CPR, BLM standards for Survival and his CDL. He brings technical expertise to our team in Pipeline Construction, Wastewater System Construction, Liner Systems, Project Estimating, Project Scheduling, Project Interfacing, and Heavy Equipment Operation.
Secretary and Corporate Owner –
Delbert Edstrom
Delbert Edstrom is part owner and Operations Manager for ECI. He has been in the construction field for 43 years. His background includes construction for support elements, as well as water, sewer and storm drain pipelines, excavation and grading. Delbert has extensive knowledge in dewatering, as well as bypass pumping. He has worked in many multi-task projects through completion with subcontract interface and mass vendor participation.
Project Management and Safety –
Brian Edstrom
Brian Edstrom was raised in the construction business. During the past eight years he has been in a management position with the company, resolving problems in the field and in administrative areas. He has worked on both Government and Municipal projects. Brian helps clients cut costs while still achieving quality workmanship. As a project manager, Brian trains and enforces OSHA health and safety regulations throughout the company. His training includes, competent person training, OSHA Compliance, Management course, The Army Corps of Engineers Quality control class. OSHA Compliance, Management skills by Rockhurst, CPR and First aid certified. Through these trainings, and hands-on-experience, he has learned many valuable lessons that get the job done right the first time.
Project Manager –
Chris Edstrom
Chris began working with Edstrom Construction in 2016. In the Spring of 2022 he graduated from Ensign College with a degree in Business Ad-ministration and an emphasis in Project Management. He fulfills the role of Project Manager overseeing several of ECI projects on a daily basis. He is experienced in coordinating and overseeing subcontractors and suppliers. Chris has is OSHA 30 Hour card and CPR training certifications. He is experienced in Microsoft Softwares, Bluebeam, PlanSwift and Smartsheets.
Estimating and Project Coordination –
Bryce Dalton
Bryce has worked with Edstrom Construction since the spring of 2010. He started with ECI as an intern for his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, working as a field engineer on various site work and pipe projects in the Rexburg, Idaho area. In the spring of 2011 he graduated from Brigham Young University – Idaho with a Bachelor Degree in Construction Management with an emphasis in Business Management and Commercial Construction. In addition to his education, Bryce has his OSHA 30 hour card, experience in landscape restoration, and customer satisfaction. Since his graduation, his role with Edstrom Construction has developed into estimating small residential projects all the way up to multi-million dollar federal projects. Bryce is proficient in estimating and scheduling projects thoroughly and accurately. Bryce uses Bid2Win estimating software, as well as Microsoft Office Project for scheduling and On-Screen Takeoff software daily to forecast project cost and production.
Office Manager and Controller –
Angi Morgan
Angie started with Edstrom’s in 2008 as the administrative assistant. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance has since taken the role of the Office Manager/Controller. She is responsible for the day to day financial operations of the company including accounts receivable, accounts payable, job costing, job billing, and payroll. She uses Sage 100 Software to efficiently track company finances.
Project Manager/Quality Control –
Joe Stanislao
Joe has been in a Quality Control position for the last 13 years, whether it be his own company or working for others. He started quality control in the produce industry, inspecting the produce in both the receiving and prior to loading for delivery areas. He began implementing quality and control on his own initiative and was later moved into a full time position by the company. He moved to Clearwater Environmental, Inc. in 1999 as the Division Controller and was in charge of finances for the Western Division. He instituted changes that consolidated the company onto a single IT System and led a team review of the quality control procedures and instituted the recommended changes. He started with Edstrom Construction in the second year of the Grassy Lake Project. He helped make changes that brought the project in on both time and budget. He currently fills the role of Quality Control Manager on Edstrom’s Federal contracts.
